Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026 · Applies to the Lookspace app and lookspaceapp.com.

This is the plain-English version of how Lookspace handles your data.

What we collect

• Account info — email address, username, display name, and date of birth (used only to check your age and apply the right protections for younger users).
• Content you post — outfit photos, captions, hashtags, comments, likes, saves and messages you send.
• Usage analytics — how you browse and use the app (Mixpanel), so we can improve it.
• Push tokens — a device token so we can send you notifications you have asked for.
• Website visits — when you visit lookspaceapp.com we count visits using a random ID stored in your browser, so we know how many people visit. It isn't linked to your account.

Who processes it

We use a small set of processors: Google/Firebase (accounts, database, storage — including Cloud Vision to check uploaded images for adult or violent content), Mixpanel (usage analytics), Modal (image processing), and Qdrant (search). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. Your account is hidden immediately and permanently deleted within 40 days. Details:/delete-account.
